Use of the Signature Group Website
Please read these Terms and Conditions before accessing and shopping on our website. By using this website you thereby accept the Terms and Conditions imposed by Signature Group Limited. These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time without prior notice.

Signature Group own all trademarks, copyright and intellectual property rights in the material contained within this website. That is of course unless otherwise stated. Conditions of access to this website and the material contained within it are as follows:

Placing an Order
Once you have placed your order through Signature Group’s Online Store and you have successfully completed the checkout stage, you are thereby confirming that your order, quantity and your delivery information are correct. The aforementioned applies additionally to ordering via the telephone.
Your order and its contents will be process based on information solely provided by yourself. Signature Group Limited cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information that you have provided.
When you place your order, please make sure that your Account address is the address your credit/debit card is registered to. Your card authorisation process is checked against your Account address and if it is not the correct card, you will be declined. Consequently meaning that your order will be delayed until Signature Group receive payment.
Depending on the payment method chosen, you will either receive confirmation directly from PayPal or Signature Group Limited confirming receipt of your order. A further email may be sent to confirm your orders progress through to despatch. It is at this point that those correspondence do not form a contract to sale at this point. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product/products, which is then accepted by us at the point when we debit your card and despatch goods to your chosen address.
There may be instance(s) where Signature Group may refuse to accept your order. This may be under, but not limited to, the following basis:

The product(s) you have ordered are not in stock.

The products that you have ordered have been subject to a product pricing or description error.

If your chosen payment method declines

If fraudulent activity has taken place.

If you have ordered more than one bundled 'sample' item.
Product Pricing
The prices of our products are checked and are marked against our competition to provide you, the customer with the best quality product for the best possible price. The price at the time you place an order will stand for 7 days. Any quotes after this period will have to be re-quoted to provide you with an up-to-date price.
All prices on Signature Group’s Online Store include VAT. Our VAT number is 207099312
Delivery
All orders that are received before midday should be despatched from Signature Group offices the same day via our distributors, Parcelforce or InXpress. We will endeavour to despatch orders received after this cut-off period on the next business day.
We currently only despatch products to residents of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland only.
Our standard service for UK orders is a 1-2 day working service. Deliveries can be dependent on our courier drivers, seasonal activities throughout the year and postal workers. A despatch notification email will be forwarded to you once your order has left Signature Group HQ.
Postage and Packaging
The cost of postage and packing for items ordered is displayed automatically in your basket at the checkout. We only charge you delivery once per order, even if the send you more than one parcel.
Discounts, Offers and Free Shipping
Please note that any discount code that is active may not be used on existing sale items. Please read the full Terms and Conditions of the offer. Signature Group reserve the right to withdraw any offer without prior warning.
Cancellations and Returns
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been despatched then please contact us by email or by telephone to team@signature-group.uk. You will have to return the parcel to us, unused in its original packaging. The cost will be solely at the expense of yourself. Signature Group recommend that you retain proof of postage. Upon receiving your returned order. We will refund payment within 3 – 10 business days back to the original payment method used to complete the original transaction.
Complaints
On occasions you may feel that we, or our products may not have lived up to your expectations. We are sorry if you feel this way. Signature Group promise to acknowledge and respond to all complaints within five working days. We promise that we will work diligently and promptly to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction. Competitions
1.These terms and conditions apply to the Signature Group Like and Share Competition (“the Promotion) and entry to the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions, therefore, please read carefully.
2. No purchase is necessary.
3. The promoter of the Promotion is Signature Group Limited (The Promoter)
4. The Promotion is open only to UK residents (excluding employees of the Promoter, third parties involved in the Promotion and their families), who are aged 18 and above.
5. To enter the Promotion, entrants should ‘Like’ Signature Group on Facebook and ‘Share’ at least one of the promotional posts within the below time frames. Entries submitted in any other manner will not be accepted.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete entries or entries not properly received due to technical, communication or other problems. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
7. The Promotion will run from 10am on Tuesday 1st December 2015 until 4.00pm Thursday 24th December (“the Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
8. There shall be 3 prizes, 1st Prize is a Phase Three Detail (worth over £500). 2nd Prize is a Signature Protection Valet. And 3rd Prize is a Signature Wash and Wax.
9. The winner shall be selected at random after 4pm on Friday 20th November 2015.. The Winner shall be notified by Facebook message after 4.30pm on Thursday 24th November 2015 and shall have until 4pm on 31st January to claim the Prize.
10. In the event that any Prize is not claimed by this deadline, the Winner shall forfeit the Prize and the Promoter may select an alternative Winner.
11. There shall be no cash alternatives to the Prize although the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for that/those of equal value.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter shall not enter into correspondence with respect to its decision. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify or exclude any individual for inappropriate behaviour including but not limited to:
Tampering with the entry process, (including exceeding any limitation on the numbers of entries allowed), or any other process, which, in the opinion of the Promoter in any way affects the fairness of the promotion;
Tampering with the operation of the Promotion or the website of the Promoter;
Acting in violation of the terms of the Promotion;
Violating the terms of service, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines on the social networking site;
Acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person;
Submitting entries on behalf of another individual; or any conduct which would put other entrants at an unfair disadvantage.
13. Details of the Winner’s name may be obtained by sending a personal message to Signature Group on Facebook within 6 (“six”) weeks of the Closing Date.
14. Personal data supplied during the course of the Promotion will only be used for the purposes of the administration of the Promotion but may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the Prize
16. The Winner may be required to take part in reasonable publicity in connection with the Promotion, including the publication of their name(s), geographic location and photograph.
17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the Prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Promotion.
18. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
19. The Promoter shall not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by the Winner in connection with the Prize including but not limited to travel, accommodation or refreshments. Where the Prize involves use of a third party’s goods or services/attendance at a third party’s venue, the Winner will comply with any additional conditions applicable to attendance at/participation in an event/venue].
